Companies often look for students who have an ability to learn and follow. You may know everything, but it is important to show your desire to learn. I know everything attitude may not work all the time.
Do your homework well : In order to put yourself in a comfort position, it is wise to do some homework about the selection procedure of a company. Normally most of the companies follow a particular style of selection however there are a few which have their own style.
Be prepared for the Personal Interviews and Group discussion : Personal interview and group discussion are the most difficult phases in selection. Make sure you research well about the company and also carry a positive attitude. It is very important to remain confident and display a charming personality. During group discussion do remember to maintain decorum without getting overshadowed.

G.D. Bansal, Director General CGC said that in the first 2014 batch of MBA
students, a large number of students had more than one job offers in their
hands before they passed out. In the second batch passing out in 2015, almost
all the students have already been placed in leading companies with hefty
salaries of upto Rs 4 Lakh pa with a number of them having multiple offers. The
